Physical Properties: Colorless transparent liquid. Ethyl Silicate (TEOS) can react with moisture to form inorganic substance similar to silica sol, with ethanol as volatile by-product.

Applications:

     Used for natural stone or other building materials, can form inorganic substance similar to silica sol (SiO2) to enhance substrate strength. In glass and plastic lens materials, SI28 can provide ultra-hard scratch-resistant coating.

Storage & Transportation:

     Store in sealed container in a cool, dry and dark place. Seal tightly after opening to prevent hydrolysis caused by moisture ingress.
