‌Product Description

● JH-1298‌ is a pressure-sensitive adhesive anchoring agent. Its unique structure can significantly enhance the adhesion between organic release agents/silicone and substrates, and improve the wear resistance of silicone release agents and silicone materials.

● ‌Application Scenarios‌: It can promote the adhesion of addition-cured silicone rubber to substrates such as PET,PBT and PI without compromising the mechanical properties of silicone products, in silicone release agent products such as laminates and label papers, enhance the adhesion of the release agent to the substrate.

Usage Instructions

Substrate Surface Treatment

To maximize bonding efficiency, all impurities such as dust, dirt, and oil stains on the substrate surface must be completely removed.

For oil stains or other potential contaminants on the substrate surface, you can use solvents like gasoline, toluene, cyclohexane for cleaning, or perform light sanding on the substrate surface, and finally wipe the surface with absolute ethanol or acetone. For substrate surfaces that are extremely difficult to bond, methods such as chemical corrosion, oxidation, or exposing the substrate surface to ultraviolet light, corona discharge, or flame sources may be required to enhance the surface activity of the substrate.

Dosage and Instruction Manual

As an additive for platinum-catalyzed pressure-sensitive adhesives, release agents and silicone rubber products, the recommended addition amount is between ‌1% and 3%‌.

During the usage, contact with nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, polyvinyl compounds, peroxides, and metal compounds such as lead, tin, and cadmium is strictly prohibited, to avoid silicone rubber catalyst poisoning that results in incomplete curing.

Package and Storage

The product adopts standard pail packaging specifications of ‌1L, 5L and 20L‌.‌‌

Store the product in a cool, dry place. The shelf life is ‌6 months‌. Once opened, must not be exposed to air for a long time.

This series of products should be used in a well-ventilated environment. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, avoid prolonged contact with moisture in the air, keep the container sealed, and do not ingest it.
